National Stress Awareness Day takes place this week (7th November), raising awareness about the importance of effectively managing stress and realising when things get too much.

NHS Living Life
NHS Living Life is a telephone service based on a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach, available to anyone over the age of 16 suffering low mood, mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety.
NHS Living Life can help individuals suffering from stress and anxiety understand how worry or stress affects them and identify areas which need to be tackled to overcome these problems.
The service can be accessed either by GP referral or by phoning the number directly on 0800 328 9655 for an assessment appointment to discuss the service and how help can be provided.
